OPERATIONAL MANUAL:
- Before connecting the pneumatic hose connector with the machine, ensure the FRL unit is fitted with the pneumatic hose line and the hose is in safe working condition.
- Connect the pneumatic connector to the tool.
- Check the on-line air pressure.
- Hold the tool vertically and place the jaws across the seal. Proper positioning is very important, as an off-center crimp may cause the strap to loosen or snap, possibly resulting in serious injury.
- Press the trigger to seal the strap.
- Remove the sealer and inspect the seal to ensure it is properly holding the strap. The seal should have two impressions, one on each side, centered on the seal. If the impression is not properly formed, remove it and repeat using a new seal and strap. Do not reseal the same seal, as it reduces strength.
- If double notch is required then repeat the 4th operation after placing. The tool over the seal maintain proper space from the previous notch.
