Special Features:
- Top cutter blade is elliptical and manufactured from high grade tool steel and hardened to 58/60HRc. It has 4 cutting edges. Bottom cutter blade manufactures from rolled medium carbon steel and hard faced with cobalt base alloy that’s why tapered edge doesn’t break and has longer life.

OPERATIONAL MANUAL:
- Place one gloved hand on the strap and position yourself so that you are not in the path of the strapping.
- Cut the strap several inches away from your hand. The cut should be made so that the flying strap is too short to reach any part of the body.
- Strapping should be cut squarely, not at an angle to avoid sharp strap edge.
- Immediately dispose of all strapping to avoid accidents and injury.
MAINTENANCE:
DAILY INSPECTION:

- Check and tighten all bolts and fasteners.
- Lubricate all moving parts before operating the machine.
WEEKLY INSPECTION:
- Clean the machine to prevent dust and debris build-up.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wear your safety shoes, gloves, helmet and safety glasses at all times.
- Remove oil or grease from your hands, tools and from the floor and area where you will be working.
- Use proper cutting tool as per type, size of the strap to be cut.
- Keep fingers way from areas that can pinch or cut. These areas are located at the front of the tool.
- Only use equipment recommended for the strap. “SC-150” is recommended only for Up to 1.27 mm thick × up to 31.75 mm wide strap.
