OPERATIONAL MANUAL:
- Pull the strap from the coil & insert the strap into the seal in such a way so that flat surface of the seal remains facing outside the strap.
- Apply the strap on the package & push the bottom strap into the seal & bend the extended strap as Hook against the seal.
- Insert the top strap under the handle gripper & Gripper of the tool.
- Hold the tool above job & move the tensioning handle for tension.
- After complete tensioning operation seal with the heavy duty sealer.
- After sealing tilt, the whole tool over the seal & back again until the strap is broken. Squeeze the tension handle of the down to the base to release from the end of the strap.
MAINTENANCE:
DAILY INSPECTION:
- Perform a daily visual inspection for any signs of wear or damage.
- Check and tighten all bolts and fasteners.
- Lubricate all moving parts before operating the machine.
WEEKLY INSPECTION:
- Clean the machine to prevent dust and debris build-up.
- Check and tighten all bolts and fasteners.
- Replace any worn-out components.
MONTHLY INSPECTION:
- Inspect critical components for signs of wear and replace if necessary.
- Maintain a log of all maintenance activities.
QUARTERLY INSPECTION:
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the entire system.
- Replace any worn-out components.
ANNUAL INSPECTION:
- Perform a comprehensive overhaul of the system.
- Schedule a professional inspection and servicing.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Only trained personnel should operate ‘PRP-1932’.
- Wear Gloves, Safety shoe, Helmet & Goggle before starting operation.
- Keep fingers away from areas that can pinch or cut. These areas are primarily located at the front of the tool.
- Only use equipment recommended for the strap. `PRP-1932` is recommended only for 0.64 mm to 0.89 mm thick × 19.05 mm – 31.75 mm width.
