OPERATIONAL MANUAL:
- Before connecting the pneumatic hose connector with machine please check the FRL is fitted with pneumatic hose line and the hose is in safe working condition.
- Connect the pneumatic connector with the tool.
- Check the on line air pressure.
- Hold the tool vertically and place the jaws across the seal. This seal is very important as improper crimping (off-center) may cause the strap to become loose and snap apart, possibly resulting in serious injury.
- Press the trigger to seal the strap.
- Remove the sealer & inspect the seal to verify the seal is properly holding the strap. The seal should have two impressions, one on each side. The notches should be cantered on the seal. If impression isn`t properly formed, remove it & do it again with new seal & strap. Attempting to reseal will not ensure a proper seal & will decrease the break strength.
- If double notch is required then repeat the 4th operation after placing. The tool over the seal maintain proper space from the previous notch.
