Description

Built to handle materials with tensile strength up to 800 MPa, it operates at a maximum pressure of 315 bar, ensuring powerful and consistent performance. The machine features a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and a radial piston pump for smooth operation, controlled through an semi automatic electromechanical system with solenoid-operated DC valves. Supplied with a Die and Punch set for Ø36 mm rods. Hydraulic Cold Upset Shear used to cut the rods as per standard length (Dia of rod x 1.5) for preparation of sample of Cold Upset testing. The sample should be both side parallel, clean and perpendicular to the length.
