Description
Binding wire coil wrapping machine are industrial, often automatic requiring minimal manual labour for loading and unloading, system designed to pack wire coils securely using stretch film, HDPE, protecting them from moisture and damage. These machine typically feature orbital wrapping rings, adjustable tension & overlap of film, PLC controlled, user friendly interfaces, often operating at 380 V – 415 V. Built with heavy duty mild steel for robust design and longer life. The machine is designed for continuous operation, ease of operation, reliability and minimum maintenance.
Capacity of this machine is for wire coil of I/D 350 mm, O/D 450 mm, 150 mm thick and weight 25 kg to 35 kg.
