OPERATIONAL MANUAL
1. Pull the strap from the coil & insert the strap into the seal in such a way so that flat surface of the seal
remains facing outside the strap.
2. Apply the strap around the package and bottom strap insert through the seal. Then hold the overlap portion
of the straps with your left hand.
3. Bend the extended strap as Hook against the seal.
4. Pull out excess slack with your right hand.
5. Hold tool by right hand & press the handle on the handle lever to make gap between feed wheel & pressure
pad.
6. Insert the top strap under the strap guide & feed wheel of the tool, at the same time push the tool forward
against the Seal and release the handle.
7. Move the handle up & down until the proper tension achieved.
8. Seal the strap by using the recommended Sealer.
9. Swing the tool up & down until the strap is cut off.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before using the tool, read the operating instructions carefully.
2. Wear hand gloves, safety shoe, Helmet, goggles during operation.
3. When cutting the strap hold the upper portion and stand safely away from the strap.
4. Do not stand in line with the strap while it is tensioned. The strap may break.
5. Do not put your fingers into the feed wheel area.
6. Do not put your hand under the strap on the job while strap is tensioned.
7. Only use equipment recommended for the strap.`PFT-114´ is recommended only for 0.64 mm to 0.89 mm
thick X 19.05 mm- 31.75 mm width.
