OPERATIONAL MANUAL:
- Fully charge the battery before starting the operation.
- Switch on the sealer by pressing the push button for approximately 10 seconds. A beep sound will be heard and the green indicator light will glow, indicating that the machine is ready for operation.
- Position the strap: After the steel strap has been properly tensioned around the package, position the sealer firmly over the seal and ensure that both layers of the strap are properly positioned within the sealing area.
- Start sealing: Press the push button to activate the sealing mechanism. Continue pressing the button until the required seal is completed.
- Complete the sealing cycle: Once the sealing operation is completed, release the push button and allow the tool to complete its cycle before removing it from the strap.
- Double Notching: if double notching is required then repeat the operation after placing the sealer at a suitable distance over the seal.
- Remove the tool: Lift and remove the sealer from the strap carefully after the sealing cycle is complete.
- Inspect the joint: Check the sealed joint to ensure that the strap has been properly and securely joined before handling or moving the package.

- Lubricate all moving parts before operating the machine – especially the lubricating point provided in the machine.

- Clean the machine to prevent dust and debris build-up.

MONTHLY INSPECTION:
- Inspect critical components for signs of wear and replace if necessary.
- Maintain a log of all maintenance activities.
QUARTERLY INSPECTION:
