OPERATIONAL MANUAL
1. Pull the strap from the coil & insert the strap into the seal in such a way so that flat surface of the seal remains facing outside the strap.
2. Apply the strap on the package & push the bottom strap into the seal & bend the extended strap as Hook against the seal.
3. Insert the top strap under the handle gripper & Gripper of the tool.
4. Hold the tool above job & move the tensioning handle for tension.
5. After complete tensioning operation seal with the heavy duty sealer.
6. After sealing tilt the whole tool over the seal & back again until the strap is broken. Squeeze the tension handle of the down to the base to release from the end of the strap.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Only trained personnel should operate ‘PRP-1932’.
2. Wear Gloves, Safety shoe, Helmet & Goggle before starting operation.
3. Keep fingers away from areas that can pinch or cut. These areas are primarily located at the front of the tool.
4. Only use equipment recommended for the strap.`PRP-1932` is recommended only for 0.64 mm to 0.89mm thick X 19.05 – 31.75 mm width.
