OPERATIONAL MANUAL
1. Before connecting the pneumatic hose connector with machine please check the FRL is fitted with pneumatic hose line and the hose in safe working condition.
2. Check the Pneumatic connector with the tool.
3. Check the on line air pressure.
4. Hold the tool vertically & place the jaws across the seal. This seal is very important as the seal crimped the off-center may cause the strap become loose & snap apart, possibly resulting in serious injury.
5. Press the trigger to seal the strap.
6. Remove the sealer & inspect the seal to verify the seal is properly holding the strap. The seal should have four impressions, two on each side. The notches should be centered on the seal. If impression isn`t properly formed, remove it & do it again with new seal & strap. Attempting to reseal will not ensure a proper seal & will decrease the break strength.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Only trained personnel should operate `SPDR-25’.
2. Wear Gloves, Safety shoe, Helmet & Goggle before starting operation.
3. Remove oil or grease from your hands, tools and from the working area.
4. Keep fingers away from areas that can pinch or cut. These areas are primarily located at the front of the tool.
5. Only use equipment recommended for the strap.`SPDR-25` is recommended only for 0.64mm to 0.89mm thick x 25.4mm width.
