  • Operational Techniques & Activities are used to fulfil requirement for Qualitative work.
  • Raw Materials are procured as per “Checklist Plan” describing the sequential Tests to be carried out.
  • Approved Raw Materials are processed through different manufacturing operations.
  • The Product characteristics are evaluated by various measuring Techniques at every stage.
  • The measuring instruments are regularly calibrated for attaining perfect accuracy.
  • Rejections are identified during stage & final inspection & Segregated.
  • The Organisation structure, Procedures & Resources are stressed to upgrade Quality Policy.
  • Maintaining all Process and data as per ISO 9001:2015 guideline.

Warranty

  • All PPT Tools covered Warranty for 6 months from date of invoice, Except Consumable items.
  • This warranty does not cover any defect caused by improper handling, ordinary wear defect, abuse, misuse, shipping damage or lack of proper maintenance and improper installation.
  • PPT agrees to replace at their cost for this period those parts or tools for any kind of materials and manufacturing defect after getting proven documents and Complain.
