OPERATIONAL MANUAL

  1. Before connecting the pneumatic hose connector with machine please check the FRL is fitted with pneumatic hose line and the hose in safe working condition.
  2. Mark the cut line on the job. Set the tool as per size & grade of the material to be cut.
  3. Connect the pneumatic connector with the tool & check the air line pressure.
  4. Let the tool idle for few seconds.
  5. To establish the best control possible when cutting, hold the front & rear handle of the tool with two hands & stabilized your hands & body against the job.
  6. Push on the trigger in a control manner & set the tool into the work piece to begin cutting. As the cut progresses, keep the tool in proper setting against the job for smooth cutting.
  7. When finished or if leaving the area and disconnect the tool from air line & keep it in proper place.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Wear your safety shoes, gloves, goggles & helmet.
  2. Remove oil or grease from your hands, tools and from the floor and area where you will be working.
  3. Use proper cutting tool as per type, size and hardness of metal to be cut. Don’t force the tool to do a job for which it wasn’t designed.
  4. Follow the operation instruction.
  5. Keep tool lubricated & clean for best & safest performance.
